4. Trip location information: during service, drivers may access your pickup/drop-off locations and route details.

5. Payment information: payment method, transaction amount, invoice title, etc., used for billing.

2. Processing of Sensitive Personal Information

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, your route, geolocation and ID number constitute sensitive personal information. We collect and use them only to the extent necessary to provide specific services, with strict safeguards, and obtain your separate consent before collection.

3. Use of Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

1. To provide car rental services, including order processing, driver dispatch and trip confirmation.

2. To send service-related notifications such as order confirmations, trip reminders and follow-ups.

3. To issue invoices and perform financial accounting.

4. To handle customer complaints, disputes and after-sales issues.

5. To statistically analyze and improve service quality. Information used for analytics has been anonymized and cannot identify any individual.

4. Information Sharing & Entrusted Processing

1. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

2. We may entrust third parties to process or share your information in the following cases: (a) the driver assigned to your vehicle (accessing trip information); (b) partnered payment providers (processing payment transactions); (c) invoicing system providers (issuing e-invoices). All such third parties sign confidentiality agreements and may use your information only within authorized scope.

3. We may provide your information under law in the following circumstances: (a) lawful requests from government or judicial authorities; (b) protecting your or others' vital interests such as life and property; (c) other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

5. Information Protection

1. We protect your personal information with industry-standard technical measures (including SSL/TLS encrypted transmission, access control and log auditing) and management measures (employee confidentiality agreements, tiered permissions and data minimization).

2. In the event of a personal information security incident (such as data breach or loss), we will promptly inform you of the basic facts, possible impact and measures taken or to be taken, and report to the competent authority as required by law.

6. Storage & Cross-border Transfer

1. Your personal information is stored on servers within the People's Republic of China.

2. Information is retained for the duration of the service relationship and the period required by law (such as financial records). Beyond that period it is deleted or anonymized.

3. The Company does not transfer your personal information overseas. If future operations involve cross-border transfer, we will obtain your separate consent as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law, you have the following rights:

1. Right of access: you may access the personal information we hold about you.

2. Right to rectification: you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

3. Right to erasure: you may request deletion under statutory circumstances.

4. Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw previously given consent, without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.

5. Right to account cancellation: if you have a registered account with us, you may apply to cancel it.
