Documents required for every export declaration
Shows exporter/consignee details, product name, HS code, quantity, unit price, total amount, trade terms and origin. Amounts must match the declared value — no under/over-valuation.
Lists per-carton details: carton no., product, quantity, gross/net weight, dimensions and volume. Must match the invoice.
The sales contract between exporter and buyer, including terms, payment and delivery date. Customs usually accepts electronic scans rather than originals.
Written authorization for the broker to declare on your behalf. Now done electronically via the China Single Window — no paper needed.
