Charter pricing is not fixed; many factors affect the final quote. Understanding these factors helps corporate clients plan their travel budgets.
1. Vehicle Model and Seat Count
The vehicle model is the most important pricing factor: 5-seat sedan (¥650–3000/day), 7-seat business van (¥750–1600/day), 9–19-seat midibus (¥800–1800/day), 22-seat Coaster (¥1000/day), and 33–53-seat coach (¥1000–1400/day). Vehicle brand and luxury level also directly affect the price.
2. Rental Time and Mileage
The standard daily rental is 8 hours/100 km. Overtime is billed at ¥40–220/hour (depending on model) and extra mileage at ¥4–22/km. A half-day rental is 4 hours/50 km.
