Business Car Rental FAQ (Q&A)

Below are the 10 questions our corporate clients ask most often; we recommend reviewing them before booking.

Q1: How do I book a vehicle?

You can submit your rental request via the online form on our website (Contact Us), or call our customer service hotline directly at 133-7002-5039. We will reply with confirmation within 30 minutes.

Q2: What does the price include?

The daily rate includes: vehicle usage fee, fuel, insurance (compulsory insurance + third-party liability CNY 1 million + collision damage waiver + seat insurance) and driver service fee. It does not include: tolls (intercity), parking fees (billed as incurred), or driver meals and accommodation (overnight intercity).

Q3: How do I cancel or modify an order?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before use receive a full refund; 24–48 hours incurs a 10% handling fee; 12–24 hours incurs 30%; within 12 hours incurs 50%. Modifying an order (date/vehicle) is free of charge but subject to vehicle availability.

Q4: Will the driver arrive early?

Yes, our standard is to arrive at the agreed location 30 minutes early and wait. In unusual traffic conditions there may be a slight deviation, and the driver will notify you by phone in advance.

Q5: Can you issue an invoice?

Yes. We provide standard and special VAT invoices. Long-term corporate clients can negotiate monthly settlement.

Q6: How is intercity trip pricing calculated?

Intercity fees are priced by destination distance (see the Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province pricing pages). For overnight trips, driver meals and accommodation are borne by the client (typically ¥200–300/night).

Q7: Are the vehicles safe?

All vehicles are regularly maintained (inspected every 5000 km); drivers hold the appropriate licenses and operating certificates; full insurance coverage and real-time GPS monitoring are in place.
