Team-Building Charter Guide: From Planning to Execution
Team building is a key activity for strengthening team cohesion, and reliable transport is the foundation of its success. A well-planned charter solution makes group travel more efficient and safer.
1. Determine Group Size
Choose the vehicle based on the number of participants: 10–15 people → Toyota Coaster 22-seat / Deluxe Coaster 11–15 seats; 20–30 people → King Long/Yutong 33–35 seats; 30–45 people → King Long/Yutong 39–45 seats; over 45 people → King Long/Yutong 53-seat or a combination of multiple vehicles.
2. Plan the Route and Schedule
Confirm the departure point, destination and midway stops (rest areas/lunch spots) in advance. Schedule departure times reasonably to avoid morning and evening rush hours. For long-distance trips, drivers are advised to rotate or rest every 4 hours.
3. Prepare Transport of Event Materials
Midibuses and coaches both have large luggage compartments that can carry team-building props, tents, audio equipment, snacks and drinks. Confirm the luggage capacity with the charter company before departure, and arrange a separate materials vehicle if necessary.
4. Safety Assurance Essentials
Confirm that the vehicle documentation is complete, insurance covers all passengers, the driver has mountain-road/long-distance experience, and the vehicle is equipped with a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher. All YINGSHANG Car Rental team-building vehicles undergo a full pre-departure inspection.
📋 Team-Building Vehicle Rules:No smoking on board (including e-cigarettes); do not carry flammable or explosive items; for long trips, designate safety officers in each group to assist the driver with road conditions; count all passengers before alighting.
