Transfer Service Selection Tips
International flights: choose Pudong Airport and opt for a name-board pickup service, especially for first-time foreign visitors to Shanghai.
Domestic flights: if your destination is near Hongqiao (Minhang, Changning, Xuhui) or you need a high-speed rail connection, choose Hongqiao Airport.
Group travel (10+ people): a midibus is recommended for a lower per-person cost and ample luggage space. YINGSHANG Car Rental offers transfer services with a full range of vehicles from 9 to 53 seats.
Pickup Notes
Inform us in advance of the flight number, estimated arrival time, number of passengers and amount of luggage. For international flights, allow extra time (about 40–60 minutes) for customs and baggage claim. No need to worry about flight delays — we track flight status in real time and automatically adjust the pickup time.
