In November 2025, Shanghai hosted a major international trade expo, and the organizer needed premium ground transportation for more than 300 guests from 30 countries worldwide.

Dispatch Plan

Coordinated across the 3-day expo: day one was dedicated to arrivals (Pudong + Hongqiao airports), daily shuttle loops between hotels and the convention center during the expo, and day three for departures. All drivers familiarized themselves with routes and parking locations one day in advance.

Over 300 guests enjoyed a 3-day itinerary with zero delays, earning unanimous praise from the organizer and exhibitors. Several guests subsequently booked YINGSHANG Car Rental for their personal business travel after the event.
