In May 2025, an internet company planned its annual team-building event at Qiandao Lake and needed round-trip transport from Shanghai for 480 employees.
Staff were spread across 8 office locations and needed to depart together on the first day of the event to reach Qiandao Lake. Upon arrival, vehicles had to remain on standby for 3 days for hotel transfers and sightseeing.
Deployed 12 coaches with 47–53 seats, set up 8 departure points, and assigned each vehicle a driver familiar with Qiandao Lake and surrounding routes. Drivers remained on standby throughout, flexibly responding to itinerary changes over the 3 days.
