Graduation Season Charter Service for a Major Shanghai University

20 Vehicles · 1,500+ Attendees · 3 Days

In the June 2025 graduation season, a major university in Shanghai contacted us to provide charter transport for students, staff, and families during the graduation ceremony.

Requirements at a Glance

Around 1,500 students and staff in total, spread across multiple campuses, needed to be transported from each campus to the main campus ceremony venue within a single day.

Solution

Deployed 20 coaches with 45–53 seats, departing from the university’s four campuses across 8 routes covering the whole city. Each vehicle was staffed with a dedicated guide to help with headcounts and keep order. All routes were test-run 2 days before departure.

Results

All 20 vehicles were on time throughout the 3 days (including the rehearsal day), with 1,500+ students and staff delivered safely and zero accidents. The university renewed the contract the following year and made graduation charter transport part of its annual cooperation plan.
