In the June 2025 graduation season, a top university in Shanghai contacted us to provide charter transport for students, staff, and families during the graduation ceremony.
Around 1,500 students and staff in total, spread across multiple campuses, needed to be transported from each campus to the main campus ceremony venue within a single day.
Deployed 20 coaches with 45–53 seats, departing from the university’s four campuses across 8 routes covering the whole city. Each vehicle was staffed with a dedicated guide to help with headcounts and keep order. All routes were test-run 2 days before departure.
All 20 vehicles were on time throughout the 3 days (including the rehearsal day), with 1,500+ students and staff delivered safely and zero accidents. The university renewed the contract the following year and made graduation charter transport part of its annual cooperation plan.
